YWAM UofN Kona

Hi, I’m Samuel Rich

Samuel Rich

Filmmaker

I create films to inspire individuals and organizations to strengthen, preserve and reunite families. I’m passionate about sharing innovative solutions for children who are trapped on the streets and in orphanages.

In YWAM, I was surrounded by leaders who encouraged me to step out of fear and creative comparison. I discovered God called me to use my camera and my films to tell stories with miraculous effect.

Chosen pathway

Yr 1

DTS - Montego Bay, Jamaica

During my DTS, I learned God can work through me to bring hope and resurrection life through my filmmaking and photography.

Yr 2

Voice For The Voiceless DTS Staff

As staff, I discovered God wanted me to be a window for others to connect with the needs of the oppressed. After creating and sharing a documentary on outreach, the laws of that country changed, benefiting families and children at risk.

Yr 3

Voice For The Voiceless Global Documentary Track

After learning the grim realities for children separated from family, I led an outreach and film team for four years to 30 nations. The Lost Kites documentary opened incredible doors into governments and organizations.

Now

1MILLIONHOME

I connected with the non-profit organization 1MILLIONHOME, and their global work to reunite, preserve and transform families. Through film, I continue to advocate for family preservation and reunification with their team.

You have a unique God-given calling. We want to help you pursue it.

YWAM’s UofN Courses will develop your character, skills and help you find a team to work with.
