I met Jesus in a radical way, went to nursing school, and then did my DTS. God is using me in tangible ways to serve my community as a nurse.
YWAM helped me find the work I do now at a local Pregnancy Center in Kona.
I had the opportunity to staff DTS but I knew God was asking me to use my nursing degree. I stepped right into serving the local community.
I work alongside other long term missionaries here in Kona who are doctors and nurses, all serving Jesus with the skills God has given them.
DTS set me free from fear and passivity. It equipped me with tools to minister to people in healthcare.
I got to provide affordable healthcare to the community and share Jesus with the patients who came into the clinic.
I get to work with moms in the community and provide the practical help and emotional care they need.
